The steps for editing a key word are the same for standard operation categories and standard operation codes.

To edit a key word:

1. Select the key word.
2. Move your mouse pointer over the Action icon.
3. From the Action menu, select the Edit option.
4. Type the correction.
5. Move your mouse pointer over the Action icon.
6. From the Action menu, select the Save option.
