Note: The footer is a short menu that appears at the bottom of every page in the DBS application.

To contact the DBS Help Desk by email:

1. Click the email link.
   Note: A new message opens in your preferred email client.
2. Type the subject and message details, then send the message.
   Note: Follow the instructions for your email client software to send the message.
